The Agropur campus was a two storey LEED accredited office project which consolidated 4 existing office locations to one unified 250,000 sf campus set within a heavily wooded setting. Open in 2016, the campus is carved into a forest adjacent their existing quality assurance labs and distribution centre. The campus, in addition to providing a state of the art office work environment for approximately 800 staff, houses amenities such as a cafeteria, café lounge spaces, a gym, training and conference facilities. Indoor parking for 700 cars is created under the building.
The building has been designed in a series of narrow wings offering a excellent daylight penetration and views to the surrounding natural environment. The plan shape allows for individual branding of each wing, while allowing the different departments to benefit from the adjacent a “main street" spine which houses the common amenities.
