In total, the Canvar project on Nuns'’ Island will have seven apartment buildings from 8 to 12 floors, each with more than 100 mid to high range apartments for rent, along the western shore of Île-des-Soeurs
Phase 1 provided one hundred rental units in an eight-story building with green roof, made available for occupancy at the end of 2012. Phase 2 adds about 120 rental units in a 10-story building with green roof, made available for occupancy at the end of 2013
