Located adjacent the famous Byward market in Ottawa the project is a renovation and large through block expansion of the existing 5 storey historic warehouse on York. The project massing is a series of stepped terraces in line with Ottawas envelope zoning, rising to a 22 storey apartment tower entering from George street. The new Moxy Hotel on the lower 5 floors includes 222 rooms with a ground floor restaurant and bar. There are 345 rental apartments in the terraced tower levels with a common pool and gym located on the roof of the old warehouse structure.
