The retail, restaurant and office complex at D'Avoguar in Boucherville was planned around the cities desire to create a new focal retail and hospitality hub for the city. Located on a central boulevard, the project is two storeys, with small individual retailers on the ground floor and a large office tenant on the second floors. The parking pool has been located to the rear of the project to make the associated residential streets as pedestrian friendly as possible. The retail program, has shaped the design vocabulary as the massing is broken into a series of small elements, shaping signage and entries.
