This project consists of a new building wing attached to an existing hotel providing an additional 350 rooms as well as a general renovation of the interior of the existing hotel. We were also asked to propose a complete redevelopment of the site surrounding the hotel including new commercial and retail buildings, apartment towers and townhouses.
