This project involved an extensive renovation and reorganization of the former headquarters of the International Civil Aviation Organization. The tower has been fully renovated and converted to commercial office tenant space. Common areas have been refitted to reflect their new role and the building infrastructure has been rebuilt to suit. The podium floors have been converted into a unique conference facility taking full advantage of former ICAO halls and newly available spaces, within a modernized building envelope. An appropriate and multifunctional lobby space has been developed in the existing, but difficult entrance hall. In addition, existing commercial retail facilities have been given new life and expanded.
